Area 11 National Qualifying Meet

 As you are aware, the Joplin devastation has affected the surrounding community and displaced at least 3,500 families. Most hotels in the area are now being reserved by these displaced families in Joplin which would affect our ability to host an event there. Additionally, the weather continues to be troublesome, further hindering their efforts to begin the rebuilding process.  Being sensitive to the needs of the Joplin community and under a mutual agreement with the Joplin Sport Authority, the decision has been made to relocate the Area 11 National Qualifying Meet.

We are pleased to announce that the University of Kansas (KU) has stepped in and agreed to host the National Qualifying Meet in Lawrence, Kansas.  We look forward to seeing you in Lawrence June 30, 2011 – July 3, 2011.  Updated Event Information and Hotel listings will be posted as soon as they are available.  Please be sure to visit one of the following websites for up-to-date information:
